Highly Recommend for Families
The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious enough for my family of three, which really made things comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate too. The breakfast buffet, fully Halaal, was absolutely amazing with a variety of cuisines every morning, really enjoyed that!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect for visiting the Petronas Towers and nearby shopping spots. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and made the most of our days exploring the area. Just a heads-up for future guests, the rooms only get cleaned upon request, so plan accordingly!
One downside was our experience with the staff at reception. their attitude was pretty poor and not what we expected from a hospitality setting.

A seamless check-in process was a great start, accommodating our late arrival with ease. The stunning rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape, and the impeccable staff ensured every request was met swiftly. While the proximity to attractions is a bonus, the facilities could benefit from a touch-up. Overall, I appreciated the clean room and friendly service during my stay.

We had a lovely stay with easy access to many attractions like the Petronas Towers and Suria mall. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff were attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for our three kids. Definitely a great location!
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was quite slow. It would be great if they could implement self-check-in kiosks, which would be super helpful for families traveling with kids.

Check with reception for quieter room options, as some rooms have poor sound insulation.

The breakfast spread is glorious, mixing Western and Asian eats that’ll spoil your taste buds! Also, the hotel's location is primo for hitting up the Petronas Towers. Don't miss a dip in the pool for those stunning views!
Check-in was a real hassle—rooms weren’t ready on time, and the receptionist had a less-than-friendly vibe. Plus, the dining options at the hotel could use some pizzazz to match the city's vibrant foodie scene.

The Standard Queen Room was okay, pretty clean with a comfy bed. The shower had super strong water pressure which is always a plus! The decor felt a bit dated, not really what you'd expect from a 4-star. Check-in was rough—room wasn’t ready on time, and the staff could be friendlier.

i had a great stay at ibis! the front office team worked hard to get us a non-smoking room with connecting doors, which was perfect for my family. plus, the fitness center and pool were a fantastic way to unwind. i also loved the kaya waffle at the petite paris cafe—crispy on the outside and soft inside. easy access to the city center is a huge plus!
